Thanksgiving side dish.
Ingredients:
2 cups cooked, cooled, cubed
sweet potato
1 cup pitted, chopped cherries
¼ cup chopped pecans
2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions:
Combine all of the ingredients
in a medium bowl. Chill of not serving immediately.

3 cups, 6 servings
